WetLab™

WetLab is an ecosystem of startups in biotech, robotics, ocean and climate science. We are in the planning stages for a large facility in Northern California.

What We Are Up To

Building a Place

We are actively scouting a location for a warehouse-style workspace (the "Wet Lab") situated on the waterfront in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are inspired by AltaSea, a similar undertaking at the Port of Los Angeles, Newlab (Detroit, Brooklyn, Ryadh...), and a few other notable site-based communities.

We are looking in Sausalito, Tiburon, Oakland, Alameda, Vallejo, and San Francisco to find the perfect warehouse space to build the dream.

Nurturing Community

We are bringing together the best and the brightest in the Blue Economy, mixing it with the vibrant startup culture in the Bay Area, from land-based robotics to underwater vehicles to quad-copters to biotech.
